You can easily make a reservation through the online form.
Hinomaru Limousine Corporation Travel Center is very glad to assist your online reservation.
Please refer to the instructions below if it is your first time to placing an order.
* Online reservation is available for orders from one month to 4 days before the date of use.
* You may reserve only one car at a time. Please make another reservation when you need more than one car.
* Credit card payment is required to finalize your reservation. The closing date is 3 days after you receive our confirmation mail, or 2 days before your planned trip date. We will cancel your reservation automatically if you have not made payment by the closing date.

STEP1: Input the required information

1. Fill out the reservation form.
Please fill out the reservation form.
Please fill in all the required information.

c. Reservation details

a. Subscriber information
Please type the subscriber's name, e-mail address, and phone number.
Please make sure that the email and phone number are correct so we may contact you with receipt confirmation.

b. Travelers' representative information
Please type in the name of representatives who will actually be aboard and a mobile phone number so that we may contact you when we meet.
*A mobile phone number is not necessary if you do not have one.

c. Reservation details
Please select the arrival date.
Please select a car type.
The sedan is not available for more than 5 passengers. Making a successful
reservation also depends on the availability of the car. Please select “No specifics (Sedan Type)” if you don't have a special request.
Please select a meeting point and destination, and describe the details in the text box to the right.
Please type your arrival/departure time in the case of meeting at Narita Airport or Haneda Airport.
Please type your flight number.
Please specify the number of people in your party.
Please select the number of Child car seats you need and type in the child's age.
Please select “Necessary” if you would like the optional tour as well.
Your driver will inquire about the details of your usage when he/she arrives to pick you up. For customers who do not understand Japanese, please select the language you will be using from the “Translation Services” pull-down menu.
Please select the type of and number of Tel*Tell Cards if you would like to buy one or more. The driver will give it to you when we meet.
Please click “Check out your information” to review your entered information.An error message will be shown if there is a problem.
Please re-type the information according to the message.

2.Review the information you have filled in and then click “submit”
Please make sure that all your information is correct. If there is no problem, please click on “Submit (Agree to terms)”

3. Reservation receipt
When your reservation is received, you'll see the page as shown on the left. We will also send you a receipt mail to notify you've sent us a request.
*The reservation is not complete yet at this point.
STEP2 Reception confirmed

We will send you a receipt mail after we checked the schedule and car availability.
Once your request is confirmed, we will send a URL for you to make credit card payment. Please click on it and access the credit card payment page.
We will also send you the URL for any change(s) or cancellation. Please click and go to the appropriate page.
*In case we are not able to reserve the car you have requested, we will also send you an e-mail to that effect.
STEP3: Online payment by credit card
Payment is available only by credit card.

- : The closing date is 3 days after you receive our confirmation mail, or 2 days before your planned trip date. We will cancel your reservation automatically if you have not made payment by the closing date.

1. Credit card information
Please access to tokyo-taxi.jp credit card payment page and follow the instructions.
Please type your card number, expiration date, and security code on the back. Then click on “Confirmation”.

2. Check out your information
Please make sure the information you've sent is correct. Please click on “Confirm” if there is no mistake.

A. If successful
You'll see the text “Payment succeeded”

B. If not successful
You'll see a text “Payment failed” Please check your credit card data once again and complete your payment by the closing date.
STEP4 Reservation confirmed

When your payment is completed, Travel Center will send you an e-mail as shown to the left. In the e-mail are
- ・Reservation details
- ・Travel Center telephone number (In case you need to contact us in an emergency, such as delayed arrival to the meeting point)
- ・URL for cancellation
- ・URL to make changes in your reservation.
Please retain this e-mail until your journey is over. Please print it out and bring with you so that you will have a Travel Center phone number on hand.
